Receive your items within 2-3 business days by opting for local pickup services. We currently only offer this service at our Westfield location (211 Jersey St., Westfield, IN 46074). No additional fees apply.

For individuals residing or working within Hamilton County, IN, our local delivery services provide a convenient option. We deliver your items directly to your doorstep within 2-3 business days for a flat fee of $10. To take advantage of this service, select ship at checkout and delivery as the shipping carrier option.

Due to the nature of our products returns and exchanges are not accepted, and therefore, refunds of any sort are not provided.
Nevertheless, if you receive an item that is either damaged, missing parts, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us directly at info@ellapharmacy.com within 5 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. Returns are not accepted without authorization from Ella Pharmacy. A refund will be issued if Ella Pharmacy has received the item, and determined that you are eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund or exchange.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting info@ellapharmacy.com. After that period, we cannot guarantee that your order has not been processed and shipped. If your order has already been completed on our end, we will not be able to cancel or provide a refund.
