Rules of Parking

Ella Community Pharmacy parking is for short-term use only.

  • Parking is monitored under 24-hour surveillance.

  • The registered owner or operator of a vehicle assumes all liability for parking on the Ella Community Pharmacy property.

  • All vehicles parked after hours must pay the appropriate fees.

  • Parking fee is non-refundable.

  • Parking on the grass and driveway is prohibited. Do not block the driveway or pharmacy entrances.

  • Parking fee covers one parking spot.

  • Parking spaces are non-transferable (person-to-person) and may not be resold.

  • Ella Community Pharmacy reserves the right to close after-hour parking at any time.

  • Parking violators may be subject to fines, fees, boot, and/or tow.

  • If damage is caused to a motor vehicle being towed by an independent contractor, Ella Community Pharmacy is not liable or responsible for any such damage. This does not affect the liability of any independent contractor carrying out the towing.
